Sound effects and Twitter translation

2 syllables repeated for something like ドキドキ　[doki doki] There are too many of these to go over all of them.  There are probably thousands and I only know a couple myself.  ドキドキ is an often used one - sound of a heart beating fast.

(笑) - Japanese equivalent of lol japanese.nciku.com/search/all/… Something seen in chats or twitter very often.  If you want some good examples of Japanese chat, browse through some Japanese twitter accounts.  
**Also Durarara!! has a TON of examples.  If you haven't seen this anime, it's really good.  Boy moves to Ikebukuro in Tokyo from the countryside - since it partially deals with a group online, they often read the chats aloud.  One of the characters also talks entirely through a writing application on her cellphone.  Good practice for reading.

A phrase I hear fairly often - "笑わせるな”　「わらわせるな/warawaseruna」 - Means "Don't make me laugh."
[なめる/nameru] - japanese.nciku.com/search/all/… (I have no idea why there are 2 different Kanji) Another phrase you should remember "なめるな！" - Don't underestimate me/Don't take me lightly.  
[ふざけるな/fuzakeruna]　- Don't joke/mess around with me!　japanese.nciku.com/search/all/…

The -な[na] at the end is a kind of shortened version of -ない[nai].  Something you hear from the rougher way of speaking.

I hear those 3 words ALLLLL the time in anything shounen...  Somethin about that punk/gangster/yankee attitude *shrug*

Short little update for ya.  

I can't translate all of Kubo's tweets.  He's a twitter addict and, besides the fact that 75+% of it is not related to Bleach at all, I don't have the time or motivation to translate it all.  I might consider taking an occasional request if its reasonable... BUT I could occasionally pick a tweet, translate it, and post it here.  Moar tweets???
